Sweet Converstations...
Today we were on our way to a birthday party in Seattle and Konner said, "when I grow up, I'm going to live in Seattle with my wife." I said "what kind of job will you have if you are living in Seattle?" He said "maybe I'll be a Seattle Seahawk." I told him that sounded like a good idea. A few minutes later he asked me if the wife gets to choose how many kids to have (sometimes I can't believe this kid is only seven). I told him that is a decision that a husband and wife should make together. He then said "I'm going to marry a beautiful wife that loves God and I'm going to have two boys and a girl from China." I wanted to cry...it was so sweet and he was so serious. Kaleb jumped in and said "me too...but I'm going to have five girls from China!" I don't know what the future holds for my boys (thankfully God does), but if it turns out anything like this sweet conversation, then they will have one proud Mom!!
